Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These e-commerce rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), which establishes the rights and obligations of the Parties.1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct, or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer will be informed of changes to the Rules on the e-commerce website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the e-commerce store after reviewing these Rules.

3. Seller's Rights

3.1. The Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the e-commerce store without prior notice to the Buyer due to important circumstances.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to damage the e-commerce store's functionality, stability, or security or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend their access to the e-commerce store without prior notice.

4. Seller's Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the e-commerce store's services under the conditions specified in these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the chosen delivery method, under the conditions specified in these Rules.
4.3. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the goods ordered in the e-commerce store, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement after notifying the Buyer. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid amount within 3 working days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right specified in clause 5.2 of these Rules, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 5 (five) working days from the day of receiving the returned goods.
4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned to the Seller or until proof of shipment of the goods is provided by the Buyer, whichever occurs first.

5. Buyer's Rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the e-commerce store following these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery by notifying the Seller in writing.
5.3. The Buyer may exercise the right mentioned in clause 5.2 only if the goods have not been damaged, their appearance has not significantly changed, and they have not been used.

6. Buyer's Obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them as specified in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the return shipping costs if requested by the Seller.
6.3. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the goods together with the Seller or the courier.
6.4. By using the e-commerce store, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these purchase-sale Rules and must comply with them.

7. Prices of Goods

7.1. The prices of goods in the e-commerce store are indicated in euros, including VAT. Delivery charges, if applicable, are added to the total amount of the order.

8. Ordering and Payment for Goods

8.1. The Buyer, after visiting the online store, selects the desired goods and adds them to the shopping cart. After forming the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary for order fulfillment: their name, surname, address where the goods will be delivered, phone number, and any additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered goods. The Buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and confirms the order. 8.3. Payment can be made using electronic banking services of banks in Lithuania: SwedBank, SEB, SB, Urbo, Revolut, Luminor, Citadele; in Latvia: SwedBank, SEB, Revolut, Luminor, Citadele; in Estonia: SwedBank, SEB, Revolut, Luminor, Citadele, LHV, COOP. Payments can be made in euros. Payments are processed using the EveryPay payment platform.

9. Delivery of Goods

9.1. The Buyer must provide the exact delivery address when placing the order.
9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot receive the goods personally but the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer cannot make claims about delivery to the wrong recipient.
9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer within the timeframes specified in the product descriptions.
9.4. The features of all goods are indicated in the descriptions of each product. The Seller is not responsible if the goods' colors, shapes, or other parameters differ from their actual size, shape, or color due to the specifics of the Buyer's monitor.
9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase-sale agreement, all payments, including delivery charges, are refunded to the Buyer.

10. Return of Goods

10.1. High-quality goods can be returned within 14 days from their receipt. Defective goods are repaired, replaced, or returned according to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. Returned goods must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in original, undamaged packaging (not applicable to defective goods).
  • Be undamaged by the Buyer.
  • Be unused and retain their commercial appearance (e.g., undamaged labels, intact protective film, etc.).
  • Be complete as originally received.
    10.3. The Seller has the right to refuse returned goods if these conditions are not met.
    10.4. Money for returned goods is refunded within 5 (five) days from the day of receiving the returned goods, unless agreed otherwise.
11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Rules are drafted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Rules and the relations between the Parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. Disputes arising from these Rules are resolved through negotiations. If the Parties fail to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved as per Lithuanian laws.
11.4. The Parties are released from obligations under these Rules if they are unable to fulfill them due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
