10. Returns of Goods
10.1. High-quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Any defects in defective (non-conforming) goods that have been sold are remedied, and such goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met: 10.2.1. The returned goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging (this requirement does not apply when returning defective goods);
10.2.2. The goods must not be damaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The goods must be unused and retain their commercial appearance (labels, protective films, etc. must not be damaged or removed). This requirement does not apply when returning defective goods;
10.2.4. The returned goods must include the same set/contents as originally received by the Buyer (this requirement does not apply when returning defective goods);
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods if the return conditions have not been observed;
10.2.6. Goods must be returned in the manner specified by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt (this provision does not apply to defective goods – in such a case, returns are carried out during the statutory warranty period).
10.3. The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code.
10.4. The amount paid for goods that the Buyer has received but subsequently refused is refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than within 5 (five) days from the date the goods are returned to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
