9. Delivery of Goods
9.1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address for the goods.
9.2. The Buyer must personally accept the goods. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods in person, yet the goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not have the right to file claims regarding the goods being delivered to an incorrect recipient.
9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery terms stated in the product descriptions.
9.4. The characteristics of all goods offered for sale are indicated in the description provided with each product. The Seller shall not be held liable if the color, shape, or other parameters of the goods featured in the online store do not fully match the actual size, shape, and color of the goods due to the Buyer’s monitor settings.
9.5. If the Buyer cancels the purchase-sale agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer, shall be refunded.
